About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director and Team Manager to join our sales leadership team at Downeast Cider House. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales team in New York, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our wholesaler partners.

Job Overview
The Regional Sales Director and Team Manager will oversee all aspects of sales operations, including sales strategy development, team management, and relationship-building with key stakeholders. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team of 'A-players'
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesaler partners
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • 2+ years of direct sales management experience
  • Experience managing budgets and a weekly/monthly account list
  • Experience working in the alcohol/liquor/beer/wine industry
  • Experience in sales training

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
