As a Manager of Transfer Pricing at Trellix, you will be responsible for gathering transfer pricing related business information and advising on transfer pricing policies and strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead global transfer pricing strategic projects such as business supply chain planning, business restructurings, and acquisition integration.
  • Review required global transfer pricing documentation and economic benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with all transfer pricing requirements, including preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports and assistance with disclosure forms.
  • Prepare and review valuations required for internal operations, planning, and compliance or statutory purposes.
  • Collaborate with other Tax team members to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues.
  • Drive tax audit defense for both domestic and foreign entities and provide management with strategic defense options.
  • Proactively identify and manage transfer pricing risks by ensuring consistent application of transfer pricing practices and documentation for global intercompany transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in US and OECD tax/transfer pricing regulations and identify issues or opportunities related to those developments.
  • Identify opportunities to strategically implement transfer pricing structures to deliver effective tax rate and cash tax benefits.
  • Collaborate effectively across the tax, finance, legal, and operating organizations.

  • Base Pay Range: $110,050 – 140,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including work location, individual qualifications, company budget, and other operational business needs.
