Role Overview:
Global CFO LLC serves small enterprises across the United States, providing outsourced accounting services that encompass payroll, tax, and bookkeeping functions. Our commitment is to exceed expectations in tax and accounting services, establishing ourselves as the most trusted advisors for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and accounting for 40-70 small business clients and their proprietors.
  • Proactively manage monthly tax planning and filing.
  • Take ownership of the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of Global CFO LLC's operations.
  • Analyze financial statements to ensure precision for tax strategies and management decisions.
  • Availability to work overtime during peak tax season.
  • Manage bookkeeping and tax planning for small business clients, emphasizing accuracy and promptness.
  • Possess a working knowledge of tax regulations and both personal and business tax returns.
  • Understand fundamental accounting principles, including debits, credits, financial statements, double-entry bookkeeping, and cash flow analysis.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism.

Additional Requirements:
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant knowledge and experience.
