Job Summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to support the Circuit Card Assembly Factory in Andover, MA. The successful candidate will provide operations engineering support to the Conformal Coating Process lines, ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operation of Conformal Coating Process lines, including automated and programmable equipment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes
  • Conduct safety and ergonomic assessments to ensure a safe working environment
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures and training materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Knowledge and experience with ANSI J-STD-001 Class 3 and IPC-CC-830
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supporting circuit card assembly production floor, including process and quality focus
  • Specialized tooling development, masking development, and experience with automated equipment
  • Knowledge of IPC-CC-830 coatings and experience with Nordson automated dispenser

Raytheon Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $128,000, depending on experience.
