Job Title: Dental Practice Relations DirectorJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Practice Relations Director to join our team at Gen4 Dental Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in growing our dental practice's patient base and developing strategic relationships with internal and external referring doctors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive patient referrals and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external referring doctors, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Manage and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning of events, such as Lunch n' Learns, Specialty Dinners, and Study Clubs.
  • Assist with marketing needs, including creating social media content, email campaigns, and presentation decks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth transition for new patients.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a medical setting or insurance company.
  • 1 year of dental experience preferred.
  • 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
