This role will play a critical part in promoting our full continuum of care, including long and short-term residential treatment, intensive outpatient, partial hospital, wilderness therapy, and outpatient services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to position Embark as a valuable source of information and services for adolescent and young adult mental health.
  • Conduct daily face-to-face marketing meetings, attend networking events, sponsor events, and engage in other promotional activities to drive interest, awareness, and leads.
  • Initiate phone, mail, email, and social media campaigns to educate professionals about Embark services.
  • Act as a consultant for professionals and families seeking services for adolescents.
  • Interface with admissions to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date on all Embark programs and services.
  • Utilize a customer relations management system (Salesforce) to track interactions and outcomes.
  • Participate in team and weekly meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working in an adolescent behavioral healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Daily travel within a 20-mile radius of the program required.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a difference in families' lives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relational sales skills with a strong focus on results.
