Flexible AM/PM shifts throughout the week


Full or Part time, Year Round and Seasonal positions

Must be available on weekends & certain holidays

SUMMARY


Deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests by ensuring timely and accurate food delivery at optimal temperatures.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other tasks may be assigned.

Greet each guest warmly.

Organize and call out kitchen tickets efficiently.

Serve as the communication link between the kitchen and service staff.

Ensure adherence to ticket time standards by managing course deliveries effectively.

Report any food-related issues to the Chef promptly.

Familiarize yourself with the restaurant layout and seating arrangements for accurate food delivery.

Assist servers and bussers as required.

Prepare necessary utensils, condiments, and accompaniments for each dish.

Verify that food is served at the correct temperature, to the right table, and in a timely manner.

Present food following established standards and maintain a professional demeanor.

Support other restaurant operations as needed.

Keep the Expo area clean and well-stocked.

Complete assigned side work and cleaning tasks.

Minimize waste and support recycling initiatives.

DRESS CODE


The company recognizes the importance of a professional appearance in shaping guests' perceptions of service quality.

To maintain a positive image that aligns with guest expectations, employees are required to dress in a professional and conservative manner appropriate for their role.


Minimum standards include:
Compliance with the Personal Appearance policy.

Wearing nametags at all times while on duty.

Clothing must be clean, unwrinkled, and in good condition (no rips or tears).

Blue jeans are acceptable.

Men's shirts must be tucked in.

Skirt lengths should be from the knee to the ankle.

Clothing must fit appropriately.

Tank tops and sleeveless shirts are not permitted for men.

Proper footwear is required for your department.

All employees must wear specified attire, including dark blue jeans and a designated shirt.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One year of prior food service experience is preferred. Customer service experience is also beneficial.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must obtain a valid food handler's permit within the first month of employment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with customers and staff.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to perform basic calculations and apply concepts of algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and follow instructions in various formats and solve problems involving concrete variables.
