About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Moderna. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our desktop infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

This role will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge desktop infrastructure, exploring new technologies to enhance performance.
  • Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, continuously evaluating multiple solutions to find the best fit.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with a proactive and innovative mindset, embracing risk to achieve impactful solutions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced desktop standards, procedures, and digital processes for seamless operations.
  • Ensure that desktop security and compliance protocols support the overall digital platform and organizational integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical skills in desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
