iSpace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Digital Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex customer-facing enterprise digital transformation projects involving numerous external vendors and internal teams using Agile at Scale (SAFE framework) for delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver Enterprise-wide digital transformation projects involving a large set of stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Lead assigned projects and enhancements to new or existing systems, following client's SDLC methodology (Agile/Waterfall) and delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage project plans, staff tasks, and progress, reporting status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders, distributing meeting minutes and maintaining quality, cost, and delivery aspects of the project.
  • Manage project forecasts, budget, variance, and ensure the project is on track.
  • Create presentation and communication materials relevant to various stakeholders, including business and IT leadership.
  • Perform system analysis for assigned projects and enhancements to new or existing systems, following client's SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall) and creating deliverables (scope doc/functional specs, etc.).
  • Facilitate workshops (e.g., JAD Sessions), data analysis, business process, and workflow analysis/documentation.
  • Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, combining them into a clear and prioritized backlog.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and multiple product teams with varying levels of Agile maturity to define product goals, backlogs, and roadmaps leading to successful delivery.
  • Ensure teams operate with agreed team cadence and provide support to help teams reflect, learn, and improve on their Agile practice.
  • Coordinate dependencies (working with teams to identify and manage interactive dependencies within a complex systems environment).
  • Track and manage team Visual Management Boards.
  • Help teams maintain their team data and collateral, keeping relevant over time to changing business needs.
  • Continuously improve processes and provide mentoring support to Product Owners and team members to refine their understanding of Agile practices.
  • Work with teams to identify and mitigate impediments and risks to the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of IT work experience.
  • 5 years managing projects.
  • Experience delivering Customer Facing Enterprise Digital programs involving numerous external vendors and internal teams using Agile at Scale (SAFE framework) for delivery.
  • Strong technical background and general business acumen to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects.
  • Ability to perform multiple roles (Scrum Master, Project Manager & Business Analysis).
  • Financial skills - Budget Management, Forecasting, and familiarity with SOWs and procurement process.
  • Ability to manage priorities and multi-task with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts, delivery, and support operations.
  • Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions, or integrations.
  • Experience working with enterprise organizations such as Enterprise Architecture, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Legal, Procurement, etc.
  • Experience delivering projects with Waterfall & Agile Delivery models.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform the following: Collaborate well with a diverse set of team members (team player), Innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight, Oversee and manage large, complex, diverse, and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole, Manage complex program and project budgets, Implement program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage, and quality, Conduct risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified.
  • Advanced understanding of multiple project management disciplines.
