Job Overview

Position: Service Console Product Manager

Contract Type: Contract

Location: Torrance, CA

Educational Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Agile certification for Product Owner or Scrum Master (preferably SAFe Agile)

Professional Experience:

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience managing diverse teams: business/IT, internal/external, onshore/nearshore/offshore
  • 2-5 years of experience with customer-facing top-tier digital products
  • 2+ years of experience in roadmap development and business planning, including procurement processes such as RFI/RFP
  • 2+ years of direct leadership experience overseeing team members
  • 2 years of experience in payments, financial services, or captive finance industry preferred

Key Skills:

  • Ability to inspire innovative solutions to enhance existing processes
  • Strong influence on executive management through effective verbal and written communication; adept at advocating for business/IT needs and user experience
  • Experience in developing budget plans

Technical Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, product development, or product operations
  • Salesforce admin certification (or the ability to obtain certification within the first year); developer skills are not required
