Role Overview:
The Luxury Brand Events Coordinator will oversee both innovative and established marketing events within the United States. This position is pivotal in delivering events that reflect Singer's meticulous attention to detail and organizational ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute all facets of automotive events, from inception to post-event analysis, ensuring flawless execution and an outstanding experience for each attendee.
2. Manage logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, design, and operations to develop event activities that are executed with precision.
4. Build and sustain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance event opportunities and foster mutual benefits.
5. Utilize data analytics and feedback mechanisms to assess event success, identify improvement areas, and optimize future initiatives.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and elevate event offerings.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury automotive sector or a comparable high-end brand industry.
- At least 5 years of specific experience in executing marketing events.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Proven experience in a rapidly growing environment.

Work Environment:
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
- Travel may be required.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in person and via telephone.
- Capability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary range for this role is competitive, with an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
