We are seeking highly skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team of Advanced Practice Providers in Richmond, VA. Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses
- Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, and wound care
- Use critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to inform care decisions
- Accurately document patient encounters and ensure continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in ER, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or related areas
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Nationally board certified, current
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
- Prescriptive authority and DEA
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
