Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival.
  • Assist with luggage handling and provide guidance to the check-in process.
  • Deliver luggage to guest rooms and share important information regarding room features.
  • Support guests during check-out by managing their luggage and ensuring a smooth departure.
  • Engage with guests to offer local insights and recommendations.
  • Provide assistance during meal times, including breakfast and evening receptions, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized arrival area to enhance guest experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or Property Manager.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should be able to perform essential duties effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. This position requires:

  • Continuous movement and the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • The capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift while performing repetitive motions.

  • Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
