Job Summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled Retail Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service and sales support.
  • Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs.
  • Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders.
  • Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
  • Process retail customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
  • Delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
  • Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and security checks.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
  • Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
  • Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
  • ASE Certification.
