Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Solaris Enterprises. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized offers in German and English, taking into account customer needs and market conditions.
- Pre-Calculation and Pricing: Participate in the pre-calculation process to ensure accurate pricing and profitability of offers.
- International Customer Support: Provide support and acquisition of international customers, handling their correspondence and ensuring seamless communication.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and project management teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Trade Show Planning: Assist in planning and executing international trade shows to showcase our products and services.
- Commercial Experience: A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and good expression, with a confident, polite, and professional demeanor.
