Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team at Daikin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Daikin's HVAC products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience; 5+ years in the HVAC industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
