About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled mid to senior-level Financial Services Litigator with 7+ years of experience to join our Litigation Business Unit in Washington, D.C.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience with financial services investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and litigation involving agencies such as the SEC, FINRA, and the PCAOB.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom proceedings, including motion practice, depositions, and discovery management.
  • Exceptional advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule.
  • Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, training, internal equity, and market data.
