We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation professional to join our dynamic legal team at Jobot.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position offering a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases and make a significant impact in the field of employment law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including plaintiff and employee-side litigation.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and trial documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various employment law issues.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations under employment law.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Develop legal strategies and arguments based on the facts of the case and the client's goals.
  • Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to labor and employment law.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
  • Admission to practice law in the state.
  • Proven experience in plaintiff and employee-side litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Experience in mediation and other dispute resolution methods.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Strong commitment to client service and excellence in the practice of law.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $255,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a complete benefits package, accelerated career growth opportunities, and a fun company culture.
