Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Latitude Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by handling a variety of financial transactions, inquiries, and account maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone, while ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers, adhering to all regulatory requirements and credit union policies.
• Assist members with account inquiries, such as balance checks, transaction history, and account maintenance requests, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
• Educate members about our products and services, including savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and electronic banking options, helping them achieve their financial goals and improve their overall financial well-being.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services, meeting the diverse needs of our members and fostering strong relationships within the community.
• Resolve member concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary, and maintain a positive and respectful demeanor throughout all interactions.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work activities.

Qualifications:

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in finance or a related field preferred. Previous experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is strongly desired, along with excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and banking software, is also essential. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

We offer an attractive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, commensurate with experience.
