Job Description

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives in financial services. As a BDR, you will work with clients who are genuinely interested in our services, using our lead system that enables us to call on those who have requested information - no cold calls

Your role will involve:

  • Developing relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals
  • Closing sales and increasing revenue for our agency
  • Becoming an expert in our products and services, including life insurance, mortgage protection, and wealth accumulation
  • Working closely with our team to drive business growth and success
