### Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
* Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services
* Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and encourage homecare retail purchases
* Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
* Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
