Job Description

The Boldt Company is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Platform Technical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategy, development, and governance of internal low-code initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and agility across the Microsoft application stack used by our entire organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of business goals and processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations, regularly communicating with product stakeholders, and developing strong relationships to surface, balance, and prioritize feedback from multiple groups.

As a Microsoft Platform Technical Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering robust low-code solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 platform, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 platform. You will be responsible for managing, administering, and maintaining the SharePoint, Power Platform, and Dataverse environments, as well as acting as the M365, Power Platform, and D365 Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance to the business on how low-code tools can enhance their processes within the organization's wider technology ecosystem.

This role also requires experience in implementing technology strategies at the enterprise level, facilitating difficult discussions, prioritization of competing interests, managing both strategic and tactical interests, and demonstrating success in defining and building products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.

  • Lead a team dedicated to delivering robust low-code solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 platform, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 platform.
