Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to provide front desk and administrative support for The Leadership Institute and its clients. As a Student Assistant-Leadership Institute Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities
* Manage the front desk/reception area;
* Answer phone calls, handle mail, greet clients & guest;
* Provide administrative support for client sessions;
* Set up & break down materials for training rooms for client sessions, order catering when needed, printing needs, etc.;
* Maintain the client sessions calendar, ensure needed supplies are ordered and stocked;
* Assist with The Leadership Forum; track/manage program attendance, certificates, client databases;
* Attend staff/planning meetings; must have discretion and honor confidentiality when handling finances, client information and communications;
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
* Available Monday - Friday from 8:30am - Noon;
* Excellent Customer Service Skills;
* Responsible;
* Excellent writing skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Estimated Salary Range: $12-$15 per hour (approximately $24,960 - $31,200 per year)
