Mediacom Communications Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing new and existing business accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for business data, phone, and video services
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations to showcase Mediacom's business solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
  • Prepare and present proposals to new business prospects
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
