Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our commercial restoration company, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
- 1-3+ years of experience in restoration or a related field
- 2+ years of business development and sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Commercial or residential construction experience
- Background in reconstruction or mitigation
- Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and adapt to changing business needs
