Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Membership Sales and Service Team as a Welcome Center Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, managing member check-in, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide excellent member service by exceeding member expectations, including being a good listener, caring about members' well-being, and checking-in on their progress.
  • Membership Sales: Conduct membership and program sales, and provide all membership and program information to members and prospective members.
  • Customer Support: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous customer service experience, preferably in a membership-based organization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
