This role plays a crucial part in communicating with customers and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining a smooth flow of information through in-person interactions and phone calls, as well as handling inquiries and collecting patient/client data accurately. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, display proper etiquette, and provide top-notch customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with variable shifts: 7a-3:30p & 12-8:30p; weekend availability preferred
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact politely and professionally with patients and customers, resolving issues promptly
- Analyze and handle requests, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Answer calls, dispatch to relevant staff, and provide follow-up as necessary
- Record messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate parties
