The Senior Vice President of Primary Care Operations is tasked with the comprehensive management of the primary care service division, spearheading the team in strategic planning, operational execution, and administrative functions. This role emphasizes the delivery of timely, high-quality, and efficient primary care services in collaboration with both field and medical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a vision, strategic direction, and business framework for primary care services.
  • Oversee the expansion of service lines into new markets and regions.
  • Establish and nurture patient referral networks, including the development of referral pathways across Community Care Partners' urgent care facilities.
  • Design clinical workflows and protocols that enhance efficiency and accuracy throughout the patient experience, from intake to follow-up.
  • Enhance current and future systems for managing the service line, including electronic medical records utilized by CCP, eClinicalworks, and Experity.
  • Develop, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), comparing daily, weekly, and monthly metrics against an established scorecard, while sharing insights with the team and leadership to improve patient care outcomes.
  • Drive process enhancements to boost provider and staff productivity, manage costs, and elevate the quality of care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in quality improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and the delivery of superior patient care.
  • Collaborate with the primary care operational leadership team to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct market analysis on emerging trends in primary care services.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Primary Care services and at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Certificates/Licenses: Not applicable. Familiarity with eClinicalworks and Salesforce is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exhibit strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills that are professional in both content and delivery. Demonstrate effective interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues promptly. Capable of functioning as a team member while also taking initiative and exercising independent judgment and decision-making skills.
