Senior Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Operations to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our operations team, ensuring the successful delivery of our concrete construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, superintendents, and field staff to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive quality, safety, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve long-term business goals, including expanding into new markets or service areas.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and increased profitability, recommending new initiatives and investments.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive intelligence to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in concrete construction.
- Extensive background in managing complex commercial, industrial, or infrastructure concrete projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, processes, and construction methods.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
- Demonstrated success in creating a positive company culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and safety.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term business growth and operational improvements.
- Competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
