Senior Operations Director

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to lead our construction operations team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring quality control, timeline adherence, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction for all operational activities, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety standards.
- Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve long-term business goals, including expanding into new markets or service areas.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and increased profitability, recommending new initiatives and investments.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
- Extensive background in managing complex commercial, industrial, or infrastructure concrete projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, processes, and construction methods.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
- Demonstrated success in creating a positive company culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and safety.
- Competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
