City Wide Facility Solutions, a rapidly growing company, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a Junior Sales Executive position in our Salt Lake City branch.

This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. As a Junior Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include direct sales efforts towards the acquisition of new janitorial contracts, leveraging qualified appointments, exploring new sales opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients, contributing to sales reports, negotiating effectively, collaborating with team members, and building and maintaining your prospect pipeline.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated ability to close deals. Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required, while hands-on experience with CRM software and thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques are highly valued. A fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivated approach is essential.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary $65,000, uncapped commissions, paid vacation, car allowance, computer, and phone allowance, as well as access to robust sales automation tools and a comprehensive business-to-business training program.
