Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-rate technical assistance to users through various communication channels, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with operating systems and applications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across different platforms.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations, while also creating and updating technical documentation.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components as needed.
  • Assist in network management tasks, including monitoring performance and implementing security measures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on software applications and best practices in IT.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a comparable role, with proficiency in both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues, along with familiarity with essential IT tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for critical thinking.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical users.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive demeanor under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Slack, Office 365, Okta, and Entra.
  • Solid understanding of system security principles and best practices.
