Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction: Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet business goals, including revenue growth, market penetration, and product development, in line with Servbank's overarching objectives.

Market Development: Spearhead market development strategies to attract new clients, enhance existing relationships, and expand market share through focused sales and marketing efforts.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, businesses, community groups, and key stakeholders to comprehend their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.

Team Leadership: Offer leadership, mentorship, and support to branch leaders and team members to enhance performance, promote a culture of teamwork and accountability, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Operational Management: Supervise banking operations, including retail services, commercial lending, credit management, and risk oversight, to guarantee efficient and compliant service delivery.

Financial Oversight: Assess financial performance metrics, evaluate market trends, and pinpoint growth and profitability opportunities while managing risks and controlling expenditures.

Community Involvement: Serve as a prominent and engaged representative of Servbank within the local community, participating in events, sponsorships, and initiatives that support community development and enhance Servbank's brand image.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

- A minimum of ten years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, demonstrating a successful track record in leadership and market development roles.

- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operations, along with industry regulations and compliance standards.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams and forging strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strategic mindset with the capability to devise and implement business plans, make data-informed decisions, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
