New Car Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team at Ted Britt Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid Virginia Sales License and a valid Driver's License.
