As the Manager of Compensation at Alliant Energy Corporate Services, you will play a critical role in crafting innovative strategies to attract, retain, and inspire top talent. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to ensure compensation plans are not only competitive but also perfectly aligned with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement compensation programs that drive business results and foster a culture of excellence
* Provide strategic direction for the administration of compensation programs, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments
* Design and maintain salary structures that support internal equity and competitive positioning in the market
* Lead the ongoing design and management of the company's job architecture, including job descriptions, job families, levels, and governance
* Monitor the changing legal landscape to ensure compliance with plan documents, local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
* Proven experience in compensation strategy and implementation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
