About the Program

The URUS Management Acceleration Program is a 2-3 year program that provides participants with the opportunity to work on high-level, strategic projects across various business sectors, including Business Development & Finance, Technology, Data & Statistics, Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Sales & Consulting, Marketing, Global Development & Sustainability, People Development & HR, and R&D, Lab Management, Production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational improvements and expand business aptitude, leadership skills, technical knowledge, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Work on high-level, strategic projects to drive organizational improvements and expand business aptitude, leadership skills, technical knowledge, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executive team members to gain valuable on-the-job learning and development.
  • Develop skills and competencies essential for successful leaders, including strategic planning, budgeting, and execution, stakeholder alignment, project management, business planning, facilitating crucial conversations, process improvement, interpersonal communication, influence, and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in agriculture or business, with a Master's or MBA degree being an asset.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong understanding of or experience in agriculture is an asset.
  • Passionate and ambitious leader with a relentless focus toward excellence.
