We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Executive Compensation. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering executive compensation strategies and programs, including short- and long-term incentives, stock-based compensation, and executive benefits.

The Role

The Director of Executive Compensation will work closely with the Executive and Global Compensation teams, SVP of Total Rewards, Chief People Officer, the Human Resources & Compensation Committee, and external advisors to ensure the executive compensation framework attracts, retains, and motivates top-tier talent while complying with SEC regulations, shareholder interests, and best governance practices.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop, analyze, and execute competitive total compensation programs for our CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors that support the Company's objectives to attract, retain, and reward employees.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of incentive plans that motivate executives to achieve goals that align with business objectives and shareholder value creation.
  3. Oversee the administration of global stock-based compensation programs, including time-based and performance-based equity plans, share calculation, vesting schedules, award agreements, equity plan governance, and share pool management.
  4. Conduct ongoing competitive analyses of executive compensation programs and pay components by benchmarking against industry peers and best practices.
  5. Prepare and provide support for all materials for the Human Resources & Compensation Committee requests and meetings.
  6. Lead the preparation of the executive compensation sections of the proxy statement, including CD&A and proxy tables, and collaborate with legal, investor relations, and key stakeholders on shareholder engagement.
  7. Manage relationships with external consultants, advisors, and proxy advisory firms to ensure alignment with compensation strategy and governance trends.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in executive compensation, preferably with experience in a publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEC regulations and disclosure requirements, as well as tax regulations and best governance practices.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA, CPA, or CCP certification preferred.
