Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional HVAC parts support to clients via telephone and electronic communication.
  • Accurately identify components and manage quotations and orders for clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or questions regarding our products and services.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Promptly follow up on all customer requests for information, quotes, and delivery timelines.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Preferred experience in the HVAC industry
  • Proficiency in Excel and related software
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Must be friendly towards dogs
