Product Communication Specialist

As a Product Communication Manager in Electrification and Energy Solutions (E+ES), you will be responsible for creating core content, sales support materials, and training to support electrification product and services (Chargers, Batteries, Energy Storage Solutions).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic direction for core content as part of E+ES Go to Market Deployment Strategy.
- Collaborate with Service NPI team, Lifecycle Managers, Component Specialists, Machine Business Divisions, and Digital, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Develop product messaging and ensure consistency of message across marketing, including strong collaboration with other Groups Marketing partners.
- Develop, write, and deliver core content and materials (Unique Selling Propositions, pages, product/services brochures, sales training materials, etc.) for products and services Offerings.
- Work with enterprise process owners and internal and external suppliers to produce, translate, and publish content.
This role requires knowledge of Battery Electric Machines as well as customers and their purchase criteria and behaviors. The Product Communication Manager will develop and publish content in existing and new digital channels. This position develops and executes content that:
- Provides sales support for dealer and field teams.
- Supports Services go-to-market commercial strategies.
- Ensures Products and Services NPI marketing readiness is achieved.
- Supports other Groups Marketing.
- Expert-level experience in marketing communications, marketing strategy, and content strategy.
