Key Responsibilities
  • Tire Installation and Maintenance: Ensure the proper installation and maintenance of tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing.
  • Member Service: Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk, assisting with the selection and purchase of tires, and verifying vehicle sizes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory, understanding and utilizing available special-order tire programs.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Comply with safety and cleanliness standards, properly utilizing tire bay equipment, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age, with prior tire installation experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
  • Certifications and Training: Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
