Visual Solutions Specialist

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visual Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the enterprise AV solutions space.
Responsibilities:- Meet established sales quotas by selling Sharp technology solutions and services.
- Collaborate with sales reps to drive profitable business opportunities and identify prospects inside and outside the customer base.
- Assist sales teams with data collection and needs assessment, and determine customer pain points related to AV environment, technology, and technology assets.
- Resolve customer issues through problem-solving and develop solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth and maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Lead strategic discussions on AV strategies, product demonstrations, project assessments, and validation, and assist the general sales force during the proposal and technical discovery phases of the sales cycle.
- Oversee resource planning and management for the implementation of designed solutions or services.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including prospect pipeline analysis and sales participation/contribution management.
- Bachelor's degree or completion of relevant post-secondary technical and AV-related training programs.
- 2+ years of experience selling advanced AV solutions.
- Proficient in performing account analysis, financial modeling, and business forecasting.
- CTS Certification.
- Technology competent, with understanding of MS Office applications.
- Experience working with or similar CRM systems.
- Valid US driver's license and means to drive to multiple locations on a daily basis.
- Strong understanding of display solutions and creative vision relative to digital signage.
- Enterprise selling skills at senior levels.
- Solutions-oriented, complex problem-solving.
- Proficient in performing detailed business and account analysis.
- Solid interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience creating and assisting in delivery of professional sales presentations.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.

Compensation for this position:
The compensation range for this role is $34,510-$110,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
