Office Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments for sales team and follow up on open proposals as needed.
  • Support and participate in home shows, and assist in local marketing efforts.
  • Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable, and assist in development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics.
  • Resolve customer conflicts and ensure timely payment of business-related expenses.
  • Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders.
  • Order all necessary products for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery.
  • Schedule jobs to meet customer and installer schedules, and communicate with installers and customers on start dates and times.
  • Update the customer with ongoing details of installation and job progress, and confirm scope of work and compensation with installers prior to start of job.
  • Update InspireNet daily with status of job and upcoming schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
