Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Night Auditor at Spire Hospitality, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a lasting impact on our guests and the success of our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests
  • Prepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Make adjustments and corrections as needed, utilizing computer systems to resolve issues
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system, generating daily reports and summaries
  • Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting operations and basic mathematical skills
  • Comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
