Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable stay.
  • Attention to Detail: Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and create and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS, handle computer problems, and enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily reports.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, resolving guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent, with knowledge of accounting operations and basic mathematical skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience with hotel PMS systems, such as OPERA or OnQ, is a plus.
