**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement financial reporting strategies to provide senior leadership with timely and accurate financial information.
  • Monitor and analyze balance sheets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee full-cycle corporate accounting and reporting, including financial statement preparation and consolidation.
  • Maintain accounting policies and SOX controls to ensure the integrity of our financial reporting.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field.
  • Public Accounting experience, preferably with a Big Four firm.
  • CPA certification (inactive or active).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
