Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at JW Marriott Dallas Arts District. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options
  • Manage guest requests and preferences, including room assignments and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software
