Position Overview:

As a vital member of our national team, the Territory Sales Representative plays a crucial role in representing US Fertility to the healthcare provider community, industry partners, and patients within a designated area.

The primary objective of this role is to enhance patient acquisition by fostering and strengthening existing provider relationships, establishing new connections with referring providers, collaborating with industry partners, and boosting overall brand visibility in the region.

This position involves close collaboration with US Fertility physicians to coordinate and facilitate networking events aimed at partnering with referring providers for optimal patient care.

Success in this role is measured through specific, quantifiable goals related to patient referral metrics, field engagement, and performance of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a territory marketing strategy utilizing market insights and internal analytics, revising it biannually to meet objectives and manage the regional budget.

• Conduct annual competitive and pricing analyses to stay informed of market dynamics.

• Collaborate with US Fertility physicians to define account strategies, target accounts, and referral objectives.

• Engage regularly with OBGYNs and other referring providers through office visits, luncheons, open house events, and meetings.

• Customize messaging and strategies based on US Fertility's unique offerings, knowledge of the territory, and changing market conditions.

• Organize and oversee educational initiatives (e.g., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and prospective patients.

• Maintain accurate records and contact details for each provider account using Salesforce.

• Monitor daily referral volumes and adjust strategies and priorities based on performance data.

• Leverage industry partnerships to enhance referral rates, broaden outreach, and elevate brand recognition.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute region-specific provider materials tailored to local needs.

• Provide weekly activity updates and monthly reports on territory performance and expenses.

• Present referral outcomes and trends during quarterly meetings with directors and physicians.

• Stay current with industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and building professional networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or intangible service sales, with a preference for women’s healthcare pharmaceutical sales.

• Must reside within the designated territory or within a reasonable commuting distance.

• Strong time management and territory management skills.

• Familiarity with local healthcare markets and systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI.

• Ability to utilize data effectively to prioritize field activities.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Proven skills in influence and negotiation.
