Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase procedure referrals and revenue in the Queens territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, medical facilities, and other business partners to promote American Endovascular's services.
  • Provide sales excellence and professional representation to gain procedure referrals and promote American Endovascular's services.
  • Act as a liaison with new and existing business partners to provide continued communication and support.
  • Represent American Endovascular at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage the territory to stay within budget, achieve sales goals, and reach quotas.
  • Identify key business partnerships and develop strategic relationships to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct presentations, in-services, and community events to promote American Endovascular's services.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop a territory plan to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Update the CRM system on a daily basis regarding sales activities, targets, opportunities, and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, operations, and leadership, to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Reside within the Queens territory
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives
