The Cashier Team Member is responsible for performing opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring the accuracy of signage and pricing. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining proficiency with the Front-End Code Book and PLUs.
  • Exhibiting strong basic math skills.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Delivering information clearly and respectfully to fellow team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Meeting customer service expectations and standards in all interactions.
  • Following directions and procedures effectively, along with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Working in a wet and cold environment.
  • Adapting to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Utilizing tools and equipment, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
