About Visionworks:

We're a leading provider of eye care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every patient and customer receives personalized attention and expert care.

The Role:

This is a dynamic role that requires a charismatic and knowledgeable individual to lead our customers through the Visionworks experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey
  • Engaging with patients/customers and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Measuring patients/customers for their eyewear and maintaining product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
  • Executing day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals

Qualifications:

We're seeking individuals with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience. Optician license requirements per state guidelines are also necessary for this role.
